The Vancouver Falls Prevention Clinic is a partnership among family doctors, specialists and health professionals with the goal of improving patient quality of life, reducing falls and, ultimately, fractures.

Our Clinic

The Falls Prevention Clinic is a referral clinic specializing in fall and fracture prevention. Our mission is to improve outcomes for elderly fallers by identifying and addressing the underlying causes for their falls in concert with the family physician.

Parking:

General parking is available in the Gordon & Leslie Diamond Health Care Centre, and a limited amount of metered-parking is available along West 10th Avenue. For a printable map to the general parkade, click here.

Handicapped parking is available in the pay-parking lot immediately west of the VGH Research Pavilion.
